Update on Rev. Waiden

Just a quick report from Clyde Waiden. It is 3:25pm and I just got home from the hospital. I have been in hospital since last Wednesday.I have had one artery opened with 3 stints and will go back to hospital on Aug. 9 to have one more opened then doctor says I will be new man. Please keep me in your prayers.

Rev. Waiden had a stint installed and is doing fine. Please keep him in your continued prayers for a swift and complete recovery and that he gets plenty of rest.

Prayer Request

Prayer request and update on Rev. Clyde Waiden

Please keep Rev Waiden in your prayers. He had congestive heart failure this morning (Wed). He is in Wake Med Raleigh and is in need of much rest. (Family visits only at this time) The doctors said that it is not life threatening, but it is life changing. Please pray for healing and a swift recovery as well as laborers that will step forward and take on some of the tasks that he so humbly takes on.
We will keep you posted when we hear of any changes.

Revival

We will be holding revival on July 30th through August 4th. Come join us for a week full of great preaching and music. Service will start each night at 7:00 p.m.

Traditional or Contemporary

Whichever your favorite style of worship, starting on August 6, 2006 you will have your choice. If you like traditional that service will start at 9:00 a.m., Contemporary will be at 11:00 a.m. featuring our own Liberty band. Come join us at the service of your choice. Sunday school will still be held at 10:00.

Men's Night Out

Men: Join us Saturday night at 6:00, bring your favorite meat to cook on the grill and we will have all the sides. Join us for food, fun and fellowship. Come and bring a friend.

Upper Room To Open

Our Upper Room Ministry Center will open this Friday night, July 14, 2006. This is a community outreach program. Invite your friends and come join us. We are located in the old Epsom Country Club Building.

Hours of operation are:
Friday: 7 p.m. - 12 a.m.
Saturday 7 - 10 p.m.
