Leadership Luncheon

This Sunday, June 3, 2007 directly after church there will be a leadership luncheon. All chairmen of the boards and committees and all deacons are urged to attend. Please have your reports and future plans prepared.

Upper Room Meeting

Saturday, June 2, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. there will be a meeting at the Upper Room to prepare for our BBQ Chicken Fundraisers. Please plan to be there.

BBQ Chicken Plates

Saturday, June 9, 2007 is our BBQ Chicken Plate Sale. Please have a count of all your tickets sold and turn in any money on or before June 2, 2007. We need to know a count in order to buy chickens.

Cookbook Meeting

There will be a meeting Tuesday night, May 29, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. to get the cookbook ready to publilsh. All those interested in helping please meet at the Upper Room. Bring any and all recipes.

Characters for Christ Puppet Show

The Characters for Christ Puppet Show from Middleburg Baptist Church will be at the Upper Room this Friday night, May 18, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. This is a wonderful ministry and great for kids of all ages. Please come out and join us for a night of fun, fellowship and ministry.

Upper Room Leaders

Saturday, May 12, 2007 at 10:00 a.m there will be a meeting of the Upper Room Leaders or anyone who would like to be involved. We will be planning the bbq chicken dinner and preparing for summer at the Upper Room. Have ideas or want to help see any of the Upper Room Staff.
